United Methodist chaplains are essential workers. They serve in a variety of settings, everywhere from hospitals and the military to counseling centers, police precincts, and even trucks stops. They offer comfort, guidance and spiritual care to their communities. GBHEM recognizes their hard work and to highlight the breadth of that work, we asked to hear more of their personal stories.
In the midst of the traumas of 2020, we asked our UMC chaplains, “During this difficult season, how can we find space for gratitude? How do you find it?” Explore their responses and learn more about their work below.
