Through interactive learning\, case studies\, and peer conversations\, participants will explore best practices that can be adapted to their local contexts. \nKey benefits include: \n\nPractical strategies to support clergy well-being and resilience\nShared best practices from across annual conferences\nResources to strengthen BOM processes and leadership development\nOpportunities for peer learning and collaboration\n\nParticipants will leave with ready-to-use tools\, frameworks\, and resources to bring back to their Boards and annual conferences. \nRegistration opens April 1.
