IAMSCU Meeting of the IAMSCU Board of Directors

 

The Transforming Lives Methodist Education International Conference will be held in April 2023 where several of our GBHEM staff will present and facilitate conversations surrounding higher education and our Christian faith. The conference will be split into three events, over three iconic UK locations. The first series of the event will be hosted in London, UK and will draw on the experience of colleagues and students from across the Higher Education sector, from different global regions. The conference will consider the role of universities in today’s global challenges and issues, how spiritual values can inform approaches to this role, and how students can be prepared for a future in which they can make a positive contribution to society. It will also contemplate how to capitalize on research capacity and ensure maximum positive impact. The London Conference will include the IAMSCU Board of Directors meeting, Gathering of Regional Delegations, plenary sessions, and a dinner reception. Throughout the week there will seminar discussions, regional meetings, and worship services.
