2023 Fall Deacons Gathering
September 20 - September 22
GBHEM and GBCS will co-host a gathering of the Order of Deacons in Washington, DC to explore the Call to Justice and the resources of the General Board of Church and Society. Bishop Bickerton will preach at the opening worship service and connect with deacons throughout the week. Deacons will also meet with Chaplain Black of the US Senate and engage in workshops led by GBCS staff.
