*Dr. Richey currently lives in Durham, North Carolina, where he serves Duke Divinity School as visiting faculty and fellow of the Center for Studies in the Wesleyan Tradition. An editor of the Methodist Review and editorial advisory board member of the Journal of Southern Religion, both online ventures, he writes on denominationalism, civil religion and American Methodism.
