Provide an efficient and effective support infrastructure for the delivery of GBHEM programs.

Strategic Objectives:

  • Enhance GBHEM’s information technology (IT) infrastructure.
  • Improve the board’s communication systems.
  • Develop and implement a staffing structure that will maximize program delivery in the most cost-effective ways.
  • Expand and improve methods of fundraising for GBHEM programs.
  • Utilize an effective evaluation and review process.

Strategic Outcomes:

  • An effective data management system will be in place.
  • A high level of technical proficiency by GBHEM staff will be evident.
  • Internal communication, through Intranet and other electronic communication methods, is improved.
  • Staff and resources are aligned to successfully implement the strategic priorities and Disciplinary mandates.
  • More effective fund-raising mechanisms are in place to increase funding for loans and scholarships and for GBHEM programs and initiatives.
  • An evaluation tool and processes are in place for regular review of program initiatives, projects, and events to determine effectiveness.
