Loan Application

Currently accepting applications for Spring/Summer only. Applications for Fall term will open June 1.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

  • Loans are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, until allocated funds have been used.
  • If you have successfully completed an online application, you will receive an e-mail from our office advising you that your application was received and requiring completion of a church membership form and a borrower and co-signer pledge form (links to these 2 forms will be provided in the email).
  • If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of submission, contact our office immediately for assistance. If you experience technical difficulties or have questions about the content of the application or how to complete the application, call our office immediately at 615-340-7346.

Before You Begin

Before continuing on to complete and submit your loan application, READ THIS PAGE.

After you have read the instructions on this page, click "Next" to proceed to the application. DO NOT SKIP THIS PAGE.

After reading this page you will be directed to the loan application. Please take the time to create a username and password, using a valid email address that you check frequently.

If you have already created a username and password on this system, please use that information to access the system. If you experience complications or are unable to locate your login information, please contact our office immediately at 615-340-7346. We will use this email address to communicate with you throughout the loan process.

Take a moment to review the guidelines of each loan and make a selection based on what you qualify for. After you make your selection, you will be directed to the first page of the application. There are a total of SIX pages that need to be completed within the application before you can submit. Once you have gone through the application be sure to review your information and correct any errors you see. If this step is not followed, you will be unable to submit your application.

To avoid having errors at the end of your application, please be sure to answer all questions as they apply to you. You can save throughout the application process and come back at a later time if you do not have all the information immediately available.

Once you have submitted your application, you should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours that we have received your application.

After Submission

The confirmation email you receive will include a link to the additional files you will need to complete your application. Your application is NOT complete until you have completed the entire process. Download, print, complete and return the Loan Signature form and the Church Membership form (you will need to have Adobe Reader on your machine to view and print the documents needed).
