July 2012 Candidacy Group Mentoring Training Event Resources

GBHEM partnered with the Fund for Theological Education to train annual conferences to provide candidacy mentoring in small group settings. Based on recommendations coming out of the Study of Ministry Commission and learning from annual conferences that have already instituted such programs, we have observed marked success for candidates, mentors, administration of the candidacy mentoring process and dCOMs/BOMs as they work with candidates to discern God’s call and prepare for certification for licensed or ordained ministry.
